Risk Disclosure
Read this before you trade. It lists, without softening, the ways you can lose money using OFFCODE.
Market risk
Crypto prices move violently and without warning. Leveraged perpetuals multiply that: leverage is per instrument (up to 300x on selected markets, and up to 1001x on the 1001x product), and at high leverage a fraction-of-a-percent move against you liquidates the position. Liquidation closes at the venue's price, not yours, and can consume the entire margin.
Execution and counterparty risk
Perpetual futures are executed in an account segregated per user. If execution halts, a market is delisted, the rules change or a failure occurs, your open positions and the margin allocated there are exposed to that failure. Cross-chain swaps depend on third-party routes and public blockchains; a route can fail mid-way and take time to settle or refund.
Custody risk
OFFCODE is custodial: we hold deposit keys in per-user HD wallets plus operational hot wallets. A compromise of that infrastructure could result in loss of funds. Proof of Reserves is in development — until it ships, you are trusting our books; we say this plainly instead of claiming an attestation that does not exist yet.
Technology risk
Order routing, pricing feeds, blockchains and networks fail. Outages can lock you out of closing a position at the moment you most need to. The status page reflects the service state.
Regulatory risk
OFFCODE's corporate entity is being structured and the service is not presently operating under a specific financial-services license. Regulation of crypto markets changes fast and can affect availability of the service in your jurisdiction, or require identity verification where none is required today.
Verification and limits
KYC applies only to BRL/PIX operations. Crypto withdrawals are capped at US$ 10,000/day without verification and pause for manual review at US$ 1,000+ equivalents. These ceilings exist to limit damage from account takeover — they also limit you.
No advice, no guarantee
Nothing on this site is investment advice. Automated products (grid, bots, copy trading) can lose money exactly like manual trading — including the entire allocated amount. Past performance, real or simulated, does not predict anything.
