OFFCODE in one sentence: crypto without the fine print.
We are a crypto exchange. Multi-network wallet, spot trading, instant convert, perpetual futures, copy trading, automated yield and early access to new tokens — all in the same account, with the rules published before you click.
Our product rule is always the same: if a fee, a settlement time or a limit exists, it shows up on the screen where the decision is made — not buried in a terms page.
What we do
one sentence per productMulti-network wallet
Deposit and withdraw across several networks, internal transfers with no fee, and full history per asset.
Spot & Convert
Buy and sell on the order book, or convert directly between assets with the fee shown before you confirm.
Perpetual futures
USDT contracts with isolated or cross margin, adjustable leverage, TP/SL and the liquidation price always visible.
Copy Trading
Follow a trader and mirror the trades automatically; their fee applies to profit only.
CodeBot
Automated yield on fixed-term plans, with the day’s profit credited at the 21:00 cut-off.
Launchpad
Early access to tokens listed on OFFCODE, in two phases and with no participation fee.
Referrals
Two commission tracks: part of the fees your network pays and part of each referral’s CodeBot profit.
Open documentation
Fees, networks, futures formulas, limits and service status on a public page.
Security and custody
what already applies to your account todayRequired at login, on every withdrawal and on every security change to the account.
You set yours and every official email of ours carries it — an email without the code is not from OFFCODE.
Changing password, email or 2FA suspends withdrawals for 24 hours; turning 2FA off blocks them for 48.
Every active session is listed with IP and location, and can be ended individually.
Logins, blocked attempts, authorized withdrawals and changes are recorded and exportable.
Fund, Spot, Futures, Bots and Copy hold their own balances: one trade’s risk does not reach the rest.
Full custody, limit and fee policies live in the Documentation. For a specific question — or a press, legal or security request — the channels have a published SLA.
