What a round trip actually costs
A fee only protects you if you can compute it before you click. Here is every number, measured on 12 September 2026 against /api/public/fees — the same endpoint the platform itself reads.
Spot — 2.00% of notional
Maker and taker, same number. Buy US$ 200 of BTC and the fee is US$ 4. VIP discounts apply here: five levels, from 5% off at US$ 50,000 of 30-day volume to 25% off at US$ 20,000,000. Volume from spot, convert and futures all count toward the level.
Convert — 3.50% of notional
Already inside the quoted rate: the rate you accept is the rate you get, and nothing is added afterwards. VIP discounts apply here too.
Perpetual futures — 2.00% of margin, twice
Charged on margin, not notional, at open and again at close. Open with 100 USDT of margin — at any leverage, 5x or 200x — and it is 2 USDT in, 2 USDT out. 4 USDT on the round trip, 4% of your margin.
The market taker fee (~0.04% of notional) is already inside the amount you send. And VIP discounts do not apply to futures — they apply to spot and convert only. Say it plainly: a liquidated position pays no closing fee, because the margin is already gone. That is not a saving.
Moving money
- Spot ↔ Futures: free. Minimum 5 USDT in either direction.
- Crypto withdrawal: 0.5% of the amount, plus the network fee at three times the live rate, floor US$ 1. Minimum withdrawal US$ 5. The dialog previews the exact total before you confirm.
- PIX in: free, minimum R$ 30.
- PIX out: R$ 2.00 flat, minimum R$ 50.
Why the network fee is 3x
Because it is charged when you submit and paid when the transaction confirms, and gas between those two moments is not a number anyone controls. A withdrawal quoted at the live rate would fail on any spike, and a failed withdrawal is worse for you than a conservative one. The multiplier is the honest price of the certainty.
The comparison worth making
4% of margin on a futures round trip is the number to hold your strategy against. If an edge does not survive 4%, the problem is the edge, not the discount you did not get. Compute first, then click.
