OFFCODE is preparing an invitation-based token pre-sale to support the formation of its initial token liquidity, bringing together venture capital firms, institutional participants and the wider community.
Phase 1 purchases are only possible with an invitation code. Every waitlist registration receives one when the email is confirmed — one code per account.
How it works
- Join the waitlistRegister your email. When you confirm it, you receive a personal invitation code — one per account.
- Access Phase 1 with your codeWhen the countdown ends the pre-sale opens, and only issued codes unlock the purchase.
- Invite others. Receive token rewards.Share your OFFCODE referral link. You receive 10% of the purchases of whoever signs up through it, and 10% of what they receive from their own network (1%).
Your network, two levels
- YouReceive the bonus in OffCode tokens.
- Your direct referralCreated their OFFCODE account through your link. On each of their Phase 1 purchases, you receive 10%.
- Their referralCreated an account through your direct referral’s link. On each of their purchases, your direct referral receives 10% and you receive 1%.
This is a referral reward paid in OffCode tokens, not a guaranteed investment return.
Token participation involves risk. An invitation code does not guarantee an allocation, and the token has not been issued: a Phase 1 purchase registers the right to receive units, not the units themselves. Full participation and referral terms apply.
