The network is part of the address
An address is not a destination on its own. The same string can exist on six chains at once, and the coin only arrives on the one you picked. Pick wrong and no exchange on earth undoes it — so this page is the list, measured on 5 September 2026.
Nine networks, 21 coins
| Network | Confirmations before it lands |
|---|---|
| Solana | 1 |
| Bitcoin | 1 |
| Ethereum (ERC20) | 12 |
| BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) | 15 |
| Polygon PoS | 128 |
| Arbitrum One | 50 |
| Optimism | 50 |
| Base | 50 |
| HyperEVM | 12 |
Confirmations are not a queue we control — they are the chain's own count. Fifty on Arbitrum is faster in wall-clock than twelve on Ethereum, because the blocks are faster. The number is a depth of certainty, not a delay we chose.
Not every coin runs on every network
USDT and USDC are the broad ones: USDT on seven networks, USDC on eight. BTC has one, SOL has one, BNB has one. ETH runs on four. The deposit screen only lists the networks that coin actually has, and the list is short on purpose — a pair we cannot custody is a path where money arrives and never appears.
The part that costs people money
On the EVM chains — Ethereum, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, HyperEVM — your deposit address is the same string. That is convenient and it is also the trap: the string being valid does not mean the coin you are sending exists on the chain you are sending it on. The address does not know. The chain does not check. The token lands in a contract that has no idea what to do with it.
So: read the network on the withdrawal screen of wherever you are sending from, and read the network on the deposit screen here, and make them the same word. Not similar — the same. "Ethereum" and "Arbitrum" are both ETH-flavoured and they are not interchangeable.
Withdrawing
Same rule, mirrored. You pick the network, we send on that network, and the address you paste has to belong there. The cost is 0.5% of the amount plus the network fee charged at three times the live rate with a US$ 1 floor — the reason for the multiplier is in What a round trip actually costs. Minimum withdrawal is US$ 5, and the dialog shows the exact total before you confirm.
If you already sent to the wrong network
Tell support with the transaction hash, the network you used and the network you meant. Recovery is sometimes possible and often is not, and it depends on facts nobody controls — whether the destination contract can move the token at all. We will tell you which case yours is instead of leaving the ticket open.
