Definições

LST (Liquid Staking Token): token ERC-20 que representa ETH staked. Holder ganha staking yield (cerca de 3,1-3,5% APR em maio 2026) sem operacional próprio. Examples: Lido stETH, Rocket Pool rETH, Coinbase cbETH, Frax sfrxETH.

LRT (Liquid Restaking Token): token ERC-20 que representa ETH restaked via EigenLayer (ou similar). Holder ganha staking yield + restaking AVS yields. Examples: Ether.fi eETH, Renzo ezETH, Kelp rsETH, Puffer pufETH.

stETH é most liquid LST. Curve stETH/ETH pool tipically TVL >$1B, slippage <0,1% para trades up to $10M.

rETH liquid mas smaller (TVL pools ~$200M).

LRTs: Ether.fi eETH é most liquid LRT (Curve pools ~$300M TVL). Renzo ezETH less liquid. Smaller LRTs (Puffer, Kelp) significantly less liquid — slippage 0,5-2% for $1M+ trades.
